Communication before and after each milestone event. Help when we encountered a problem. All staff were upbeat and encouraging and anxious to help us get through the refinance as quickly and problem free as possible. I would definitely recommend Craig Sanders and his staff to anyone!

There was one person, Kingsley, in the process who was not very personable. It was very hard to understand him on the phone and he could not understand us either. He would call at times we found inappropriate; in the middle of the work day, past 8PM at night, etc. If we asked a question he seemed to get irritated and just brush past it. We understand everyone has a job to do, but he would be very aggressive to have us complete something within hours of him sending; we try to respond within 24 hours, but if we didn’t do his requirement within an hour sometimes he would call both of our cell phones and send additional emails. It became very stressful.
