Kathleen was able to pull it off!!! She shows that she cares about you as a person and you are not just a number. I have high anxiety period and buying a house is just anxiety producing period. Kathleen was able to walk me through that throughout the process. Some issues came up during the process. Kathleen and her team did not give up. They buckled down and focused and figured things out. She answers her phone day and night and even on weekends. When she had a family emergency, she communicated that and did not leave me hanging. She knows her stuff and you can tell that from the first conversation. I would recommend Kathleen and PRMG on any given day.

She is very knowledgeable and will reach out to appropriate sources if she doesn't have the answer in order to get us the proper answer. She is so pleasant to work with and the nicest, most sincere person I've ever worked with. My clients feel the same way! She is also wonderful with follow up with clients that may not have been ready to buy yet or that she needed to counsel on how to improve their credit in order to buy, she's always on top of that too! I know she reaches out to clients after the sale to check in and offer her assistance if the time/rate is right for them to re-finance. Love her!
