From beginning to end, Bill Foley walked me through the process in detail! Bill is very knowledgeable in the industry and offered so many tips and advice during the entire process. Bill was always available day and night to answer any questions I may have had. The entire process was very seamless, fast, and efficient. Even when we had to back out of our original home purchase due to home inspection issues, we did not lose a step when applying for a loan for another home weeks later. I honestly felt like Bill was my friend not just another loan expert looking to close a loan. It just felt very natural working with him and I honestly felt my best interest was always his top priority.

Cathy was extremely communicative through the entire process. It was refreshing not to have to follow up with the lender instead of them keep us updated. 85% of the lenders are not communicative and it is extremely frustrating that you have to follow up with them to make sure they are doing their job. Not once did we have to do this with Cathy. Great experience with her.

The efficiency of the team! I was called several times simply asking if there was anything you could do for me. As a builder that is behind on building schedules, in this pandemic time, the calls aren’t usually just a simple “what can we do for you”? As a realtor representing a seller, it was nice a lender took time just to check in with that same question. I will refer you as another lender choice for my buyers.
