Stephen Thomas Roe with AnnieMac home mortgage was incredible! I have a tendancy to stress and he walked me through the process with care and ease! He was patient and answered EVERY question without hesitation. We experienced a bump in the road with my out of state bank that caused me to fresk out a little bit, but Stephen was calm and let me know everything would be fine. Im so impressed with how caring and considerate everyone was and would HIGHLY recommend Stephen and his team to anyone who needs help!

Majour was a God sent! This is my first home and my husband's second home and we were extremely nervous and unsure of how the process would go. Now that we have closed, I feel like the whole process only took 3 weeks. Majour is very knowledgeable and approachable which help ease the tension that can come with doing business. Major is extremely patient and answered all our questions. Some of them more than once. The explanation requested was given to us in terms that we could understand, which made the process even easier. Majour was very responsive. He gave us more than we expected!

Buying a home is already a stressful situation, add on top doing it while working full time from home with a toddler it’s even worse. I would not have been able to go through this process if it wasn’t for Kevin and his team. From the beginning, walking us through what we were approved for, being available at the drop of a hat when we wanted to know what our monthly payment would be for a house just saw, to the last leg of obtaining an amazing interest rate, Kevin and the team worked with us day in and day out. Jeff is by far the best lender out there. Our home buying process was not the best, & after about 7 months of working with a different lender to close on our new construction home, they just couldn’t get the job done so we had to switch! Our realtor recommended Jeff to us.... Jeff did for us in 30 day’s what another lender couldn’t make happen in the 7 months that we worked with them. His communication throughout the process was phenomenal & he knew what he was talking about & never lead us astray. He didn’t let covid, credit, or time get in the way. His knowledge & expertise are by far the best. He knows what he’s doing, which is what we needed in our situation. He was always just a quick text or call away if we had any questions, regardless of what time it was. I’m so grateful for someone who went above & beyond to make sure we were able to close on our house.
