Sammi took us over from a previous loan officer who did not do their job correctly at all. We were not her initial responsibility but she did great job getting caught up and helping us out. She did more in 3 weeks than the other guy did in 2 months. She was professional, quick, kind and smart. Should have gone with her from the start.
