What would have made it better is if I was told from day one what all the paperwork I needed to give for the application process, and how the paperwork should be sent via email, fax, scanned, whatever. And a heads up- “hey you know all that paperwork you sent, well we are going to need all that paperwork again if you can’t find a house within a certain time.” I said this before- DON’T ASSUME EVERYONE HAS QUICK OR AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT ACCESS to what you are asking for no matter what you are asking for. And If I ask 5 questions 5 answers should be given. Y’all have a habit (and I am referring to whoever I was in contact with) of not answering all the questions when asked and then a question has to be re-asked again, again. And no, I am not going to give an example cause it’s too many. You all need to listen to what’s being asked and ANSWER IT and stop trying to FAST TALK everybody, whether being asked over the phone, text, email, whatever. And STOP telling people it’s part of the process if you don’t explain the process in the beginning and how many departments gotta touch the application before it’s approved. It’s a long drawn out process even with the electronic signing. I’ve said it before- it’s a RIDICULOUS PROCESS. But the people are awesome. They tolerated me through it all
