Carlene was helpful throughout the whole process and patient with our questions. She was prompt in her responses and every deliverable was on time.
My only 2 complaints were they were a bit slow in communicating the total transfer amount for the down payment to close on the property. Also, we were pretty close to closing when we learned that we had to furnish additional documentation to substantiate transfers. I realize that the mortgage process involves many different parties, so little hiccups can happen.
Other than those two things, we had a good experience using Guild. I would recommend this lender to friends and family.
