I called Carlene about a refi about 8 weeks after starting the process with the bank that I currently hold accounts with. The process with them, (M&T) was Horrible. After explaining my situation to Carlene, we started the process with Guild. Approximately 4 weeks after I applied we Closed. The process with Guild was Seamless and Quick, I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Carlene and Jessica are Exceptional to work with and quick to respond to any questions.
