In the midst of COVID, lockdowns and distancing, etc I never would have thought that the refinancing process would go so smoothly and seamlessly. Of course the Bowles Team was very busy at work with all the details but my job was so simple. Steve and Liz are an incredible team. I have bought my house May 2018. I have refinanced twice with Steve since - both times Steve reaching out to me as the interest rates just kept getting better and he wanted me to get make my money work harder for me. I appreciate that. I can't imagine rates dropping lower then 2.75%, but if they do I'd refinance again with Steve. If they don't, I'll be reaching out to Steve for my next house in the future.
