I absolutely loved that Les was willing to understand we are in a budget and he didn’t test or push us at all. Les is completely down to earth and did not fake anything. We really enjoyed our home buying experience with Les, Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It wasn't always clear who we should speak to about different matters-- a better handoff between personnel would be nice. Also, the mortgage payment amounts changed on every set of paperwork we did, and I wasn't told why that was. I now know, upon inquiry, that the interest rates weren't locked in at first and also that the insurance amounts changed, etc, but those are the things that as I buyer I cared about, and I get that the agents are focused on getting the paperwork right and all the right docs signed, but it just felt like they weren't worried about what I was worried about sometimes. All the agents were nice people and seemed to care about us so that was nice. So, overall, it was a fine experience.
