Kent from the start is very knowledgeable about the housing market and he makes sure that We understood everything and what our opinions were through the whole process. His fast turn around time and communication is ridiculously amazing. He consistently includes you in the loop and updates you. While we work on submitting the things needed, kent is 10 steps ahead working in the background making sure everything runs smoothly. We really appreciate him and his team. Just saying thank you doesn’t express our gratitude towards him being our lender agent.
