There was always plenty of communication and someone to answer my questions! The process was unbelievably smooth and I was continuously in shock at how seamlessly we moved through it while I was both buying AND selling a house! I've told many people that there's no way I could have accomplished what I did without this team and loan programs (Cash2Keys & BNSL), and it's the truth! When I found the perfect home, I made my (first) offer, and it was accepted! (It was cash & not contingent on my home selling - the total opposite of what it would have been with any other lender, which wouldn't have gotten me a home in the district I wanted.) I got to move into that home within a few weeks, empty my old home, get updates done there to maximize my proceeds, get it under contract too, and then coordinate the two closings and put some of those proceeds towards my next house. I am still pretty shook that it all actually worked out! I couldn't be happier and am so grateful to each and every one of you who helped me make it happen! THANK YOU!
