While the overall process is fairly straight forward, there are details that are less clear. I greatly appreciated the time Steve spent answering questions and explaining the details of timing and balances. It gave me comfort in selecting the best option for me and a stronger understanding of what to expect through the process and as an outcome.

I represented the sellers for this particular transaction but I can say for sure I have worked with Annie Mac Home Mortgages in the past and have never been disappointed. For THIS transaction Tom represented the buyers. As the listing agent, Tom met his deadlines a head of time. I had no need to stress.
