Steven is great to work with. But at the processor level, there were issues that extended out closing. We had to pay extra points to extend when there were a solid two plus weeks of being repetitively asked for the same documents that were already supplied or no movement at all. In hindsight, I wish I'd walked away because of that and it's not likely I'll want to do business with Anniemac again.
