Meghan was for very informative and she communicated with ease, so that I was able to comprehend the whole lending process step by step. She was very sweet and a absolute pleasure the entire time working with her. There were a lot of ups and downs and she was helpful and on point the entire time. Michael was our rock through the entire process. Was given two names for mortgage brokers from our realtor and called Michael first. Never called the second person. I prefer to only deal with straight shooters that tell it like it is. That's how I would describe Michael. I needed to make large financial decisions so I needed to hear the good and the bad. From day 1 Michael told us the deal would go through and we'd get a mortgage no problem. He made good on that promise. When there was a bump in the road, because there always is, he quickly put my mind at ease and handled the situation. His entire back office team were a joy to work with as well too. I will recommend Michael to anyone I know needing mortgage services in the future.
