Great communication & help along the way. The only advice I would have is to allow the purchaser to take the course right away. We were given the course to complete with only 2 days notice. It was lengthy and it also had a lot of useful and informative information that I would’ve liked to receive in the beginning of the process. I also think this could have eliminated a lot of follow up questions we had on our end

We had a great experience with working with Chuck. In this complex, crazy market, fast paced market he was able to get us approved and closed quickly! During the 6 week process, Chuck was easy to contact and always replied to text and emails. He kept us informed every step of the way and explained the process so it was understandable. He made sure things moved forward in a timely manner and his follow up videos were a great and personable addition. His knowledge and expertise of was impressive.
