My number one concern when working with my buyer's lender is communication but Jeff and his team reassured me by constantly keeping me updated about the buyer and the transaction's process. I specifically remember a night, it was late and whereas most people would be asleep, most lenders especially, Jeff was up helping me with my buyer's offer. In this world, it's the small things that count and Jeff and his team go above and beyond to do the small and the big things.
