Javier and his team went out of their way to help us get a mortgage when another name brand company was taking so long we almost lost our house-I can’t say enough good things about Javier -they gave us several options to move forward and within 30 days of starting the process we closed!! I had an EXCELLENT experience with my Mortgage Broker and his support office staff. From receiving my pre-approval to closing they were hands on each step of the way. I'm an experienced real estate investor and have done many purchases and closing but THIS purchase and the closing process far exceeded all my expectations. I arrived at my closing at 1pm and done by 1:07pm. Everything was prepared and signed in advance and ready for me. AMAZING 7 minutes at closing. Woooww. Theoni responds quickly (and at seemingly all hours of the day, night, or weekend!). This was actually a critical factor in our home purchase offer being accepted even though it was not the highest bid. The seller liked that we were able to move so quickly.
I ended up going with another lender for the final mortgage who happened to have a better rate. Theoni was able to help me get that lender to waive the assessment. She was courteous, professional, and responsive in the whole process. She patiently explained the parts of the process that were new to me. I would definitely work with Theoni again.
