Chuck was always there when we needed him every step of the way. Email, phone call, or text, it did not matter he was very responsive to my numerous and frequent questions I had throughout the process. Every question no matter how small he was more than willing to answer which gave me comfort along the way. He truly had our best interest when finding the best mortgage for our personal situation.

Communication with Andy was great he was always available. But as a first time home buyer I was never given what monthly payments would look like or a good accurate calculator for them for the amounts I was approved for. So I felt like I got in way over my head due to that. But otherwise the rest of the process was fairly smooth.
