Lonn made everything work. When we had questions, Lonn had answers. When were were tense, he was here to calm us. When it loked like there might be a complicaton, Lonn was hee to make sure things went smoothly. When we had difficulties gathering and copying documents, He was able to help us complete the tasks.
We know that buying and selling homes can be very difficult. There ar many people involved in the process. Lonn helped guide us when we neded to coordinate with our real estate agent, our attorney and the AnnieMac staff as welll.
Combining all that with the Cash 2 Kes program helped us find a house to buy and find a buyer for our house. It might not have been possible, and in fact, might not have happened if it had not been for this program. Lonn played a major role in making it all work.
