From the beginning with just questions about options and processes, during the processes with all the questions and concerns, and all the way to the end with continued questions and concerns, Mona was available with answers and was able to ease the stress levels with confirmations and with setting expectations.
We started on a 'whim' and in just over 1 month after initial talks/discussions, we've closed on our new house and have completely moved in just shy of 1 week after closing. From not expecting to be able to move forward with the purchase of a new home, to now owning our new home in just over a month or so, we are both literally amazed at the attention she has given us and incredibly thankful the magic she has brought us through all of her work - we literally cannot thank her enough!
