Lonn introduced us to the Cash to Keys program offering by Annie Mac. Since we had a contingency sale of our house to purchase a new home, this program was instrumental in giving us an advantage when we submitted our offer to the seller. He walked us through the process with patience. He is a teacher at heart who truly looks out for the best interests of his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the process. And when we no longer needed the Cash to Keys program to close on our home, he seamlessly transitioned us to a conventional mortgage. I highly recommend Lonn for anyone looking to purchase a home. They won’t be disappointed.

We are so grateful for the service we received from Lonn Vreeland. As new homeowners, we were a bit nervous about the process. Lonn explained everything thoroughly at each step of the way! Besides helping us to feel comfortable, he was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a mother daughter house, so that my elderly parents can move in. Lonn worked through all the numbers with us right at the beginning, factoring in extended family finances and the future sale of my parents house. His explanation was clear and gave us confidence in knowing how it was all going to work. He also worked amicably with our realtor and attorney, and, last but certainly not least, we closed on our house in 24 days!! All the deadlines were met and more so, we closed a day earlier than expected. We certainly recommend Lonn and the team at Annie Mac to anyone looking to buy a house!

Lonn was the most knowledgeable and sufficient person we dealt with during our loan process. If we had any questions Lonn was there to explain and answer anything. Lonn advocated for us so many times when things were not going as they should and he really worked hard to keep our closing on track. Rachel made the buying process simple, and easy. She explained the process, made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything I was looking at or signing, and kept me informed as to what was going on. She was always eager to help, and answered promptly. Following up with me making sure I didn't forget anything important I had to do. She did all the heavy lifting, and told me all the options, and what one would get me the best deal. She got me in touch with people for other parts of the home buying process eg.buying home owners insurance, finding an inspector, and closing title company. I do not have enough good words for her work ethic. She said just because you're in a house I'm still here to help you in any way I can.
