Kelly was AMAZING! We have bought/sold/refinanced a few times in the last 10 years and used many different mortgage companies/loan officers. This time, we gave Kelly and Movement Mortgage a try and our experience was leaps and bounds better with Kelly than with anyone else we've ever used. We will never use anyone other than Kelly again!She is super responsive with excellent communication from just inquiring up to the sale/purchase/refinance. She also never makes you feel stupid or silly asking questions and is happy to make sure you're educated about all the processes involved. Kelly goes out of her way to make sure your experience is not simply adequate to "get the job done", but that it is easy, stress-free, simple, and well-managed to the end. We were first time homebuyers and originally referred to Kelly through our agent. She was available at all hours for any questions we had and made the whole application, approval, and closing process so simple. We were never caught off guard with any disclosures or any other information. She was honest and completely thorough and was the best loan officer we could have asked for. Highly recommend Kelly!

Kelly was far and away the finest Loan Officer we have worked with. Her knowledge, awareness, patience and empathy were essential to closing our mortgage. We were new residents to NH and asked for additional time from her to guide us through some of the differences from other locations we have had mortgages. Kerrell was very communicative from the beginning and remained that way throughout the process. I appreciated him being willing to text quite a bit, as calls are very difficult for me as I travel and fly so much.
