I liked that Tim came to settlement and did give a personal touch from time to time.
I wish that someone had told the buyer to wire funds before settlement and gave wire instructions etc. I did not as I thought you folks did.

I struggled for years with crippling credit card debt after helping to take care of my son and his family during my youngest granddaughters two fights with cancer. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get on top of it, and Kerrell literally came to my rescue. He got us a VA loan With cash out that allowed me to pay off the credit cards and regain our financial footing in our retirement years, or actually almost retirement years for my husband, as I am retired, but my husband isn’t yet.
