Brian was incredibly responsive, understanding to some of our concerns, and willing to spend time going over documents and explaining processes whenever it was needed. Brad and his team are truly exceptional. First, despite my short stay in US which doesn't help me boasting excellent credit rating, Brad helped me secure an absolutely great interest rate and mortgage terms. Second, I learnt earlier from many acquaintances that securing mortgage was the toughest part of home-buying process but to my surprise Brad and team made it amazingly simple as I spent no more than 8 hours (end-to-end) in obtaining the mortgage incl. gathering relevant documentation. I can't recommend Nathan and his team enough. If you are in need of knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable lender Nathan is your guy. I started with a different lender but they were so unresponsive that it didn't sit well with the seller. I was put in contact with Nathan and what had taken weeks to do with my first lender he did it in ONE phone call. When things seemed bleak because the condo association was no longer FHA approved that didn't stop his team and in the end they were able to get me FHA financing. It seems like nothing can stop this team!

Steve was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during a somewhat complicated process involving selling and closing two properties with an out of state purchaser buying in an attorney state (SC). Even with a 3 hour time difference and the VA hoops to jump through Steve was able to stay on top of things and keep us informed of what was needed along the way.

We purchased our home in June of 2018 and with the economy slumping Greg keep an eye on things for us and reached out when the rates were better. He was able to get us a REFI saving us thousands of dollars overall and lowered our monthly payment.
