Kristin and her team went out of their way SEVERAL times to reach out and walk me through my refinance. They also had incredible turnaround times when I reached out to them. This is my first refinance, and they made it smooth and comprehensible. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will be a returning customer!

As a working mom like Morgan, I was looking for an easy refinance that didn't involve much time on my end- and she did just that! Even when I was trying to decide between going with Morgan or staying with my current mortgage company, she did not push me- but simply broke down the differences and encouraged me what loan was best no matter who I decided to go with. I had a million questions, and Morgan was always available to answer my questions- no matter if it was a weekend or 8:00 at night!

I loved that I could contact Ms. Jolie and her team anytime I had questions and I would get a response very quickly if not immediately. I knew what was going on the entire process and was walked through all the steps required. I have to say I was nervous about this process just because I am scared of change, but I am so glad I did it. I felt comfortable and secure through the entire process. I really am grateful and I am not just saying positive things it was absolutely positive and pain free.
