Well I'm going through a rough patch in my life and Stephen truly and genuinely showed he cared buy the way he spoke to me. He was honest, professional and I felt he honestly cared about the work he is doing. He was also quick to answer my concerns and questions when I had them and if he did not know the answer he would seek council and get me the answer. Stephen was a shimmer of positivity for me during a difficult time.
