Brian and his team were amazing. They worked very quickly and efficiently and they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I was the listing agent on the transaction and already had my sellers under contract for their new home. Even though Brian and his team started working on the transaction after my sellers went under contract for their new home, they were able to get a clear to close before the lender working for my sellers. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Silas and teammate Martin were courteous, well informed, and listened. They responded promptly and addressed each question fully. Most of all I enjoyed Silas speak to me (on his way to his boys baseball game) about the new state and city I was about to move to "sight unseen". Yep, I bought my home some 2700+ miles away over the internet! Bottomline: I LOVE my new world, "South Carolina". I've never experienced such polite people. I had a great experience with Brad, he was responsive and helpful. However, the processor often said contradictory things. A piece of advise I would give is to spend time educating the applicant early in the process with key information that could create roadblocks later like "any bank account transfers over $X will need a certain documentation...". I was quick to send doc requests back within a few hours, there is not reason to have to spend multiple hours on the phone the day before closing
