They helped us understand all the different phases, some of which were completed on the computer ( which I am no expert at). As far as Mr. Jefferson it is concerned, this is our second mortgage we have gone to him for because he was so great the first time. He was PATIENT and knowledgeable and always returned calls immediately on the rare occasion that he wasn't able to answer at the time I called.

For the most part everything was great. Jarrett is wonderful and super easy to work with; he also made it extremely clear what he needed from me. I would say Jarrett is amazing at the beginning sections of getting a home loan - the prep, getting needed materials, etc. However, I was extremely frustrated that I wasn't able to make it to closing on time and that the final numbers kept changing as we approached the closing date.

All in all, Jesse is what made it great. This was in a time of the pandemic and low rates. Everyone was doing a Refi. So it took a lot longer than normal and Jesse kept us informed the entire time. Second time I've used him. Great guy and I will be using him in the future.
