Rebecca and her team are phenomenal. This is the second time ive had the pleasure of working with her and both times she has exceeded our expectations. We had originally requested a pre approval letter with a modest amount. We found a home we loved on a late Sunday night that was priced higher than we had expected. Within an hour of contacting Rebecca she sent us another pre approval letter that we required to get under contract that same night. Rebecca guided us and explained in detail each step of the process from pre approval to closing. These examples are a testament to her skill and willingness to go above and beyond to help her clients. I have and will continue to recommend Rebecca and AnnieMac to my friends and family.

It was really great working with Eric. To start with he offered an excellent rate and explained the process step by step. He constantly provided updates time to time. When my closing got pushed twice due to external factors, he made us very comfortable by sticking to the the original commitment made. I needed a fast closing so the kids could be settled in new home and town before school started. Chuck Tegano made that happen. Chuck made this process so simple and helped with the paperwork to make it as seamless as can be. Even with a recent new job, I still was able to get a mortgage with the lowest interest rate I'd ever seen. As far as closing costs and fees, there were no surprises or hidden charges. Chuck went over everything, line by line making sure I understood it all from the beginning. All I can say is that Chuck took a stressful situation and turned it into a process I wouldn't mind going through again with him in the future. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and took their time to explain things, which in turn made the process a little more bearable given the new CO-19 circumstances. We worked with Matthew to process a loan in 30 day timeframe. He and his team are very professional and responsive. We rarely had to wait for more than an hour to receive the response to our queries. In this market you need someone who is willing to make the extra effort to get your offer accepted, and Denise went above and beyond. She took the time to call the seller's realtor to talk about the strength of our offer and got us approval letters regardless of time or day each time we made (multiple) offers. She is communicative and very responsive, and helps guide you through the loan process. We never doubted that our loan would close on time or that any detail would be overlooked.
