I am WELL experienced in the loan process being both an investor in properties and a retired SVP Banker and Remax Broker Owner. Our credit scores are over 750. We have liquid assets in excess of $200K,the property appraised at twice the value of the loan, I had the documents ready on Day one. Rental income should have been factored in the analysis-DAY ONE! What should have been " Slam Dunk" loan took a freakin month! I REALLY considered withdrawing the application and going to the dozens of banks calling me. Krerrell said your orginaztion was boutique in nature and would be very responsive. I only found that late in the process. For some reason there was a two week period of NO action before movement. Your tec hnolgy plaform is superuor and should have raised flags. Pls excuse typos
