Brad identified errors in the appraisal report that the appraiser was asked to correct. When the report came back with errors not corrected it was deemed flawed and unusable. Brad ordered a new appraisal and the transaction closed within 10 days of the original closing date! Happy clients all the way around!

This is no slight to Matt, because truthfully working with him and Panther was the highlight of this entire process. However, my experience with the company has not been pleasant. For both my original mortgage and refinance I experienced extreme delays, been given the run around, and been put on the back bruner or treated as if i'm being done a favor.

I received the same exact feedback from two different clients and they were not happy at all, Cory's team didn't pick up the phone or didn't returned the calls on time, also that they were not in the same page because they were asking for the same documents at different times. Cory did a great job but my honest feedback is that he needs a more organize team and follow up system.
