Stacy was a pleasure to work with, also her team Beth and Kaitlyn. Stacy was always available when I needed her and had questions, not only that she made our process very smooth and non stressful. Underwriting department was unreasonable on making the C/O a closing condition which delayed closing. Day before closing buyer was asked to provide documents that they didn't need, making the buyer jumped through hoops. Cathy was amazing and did everything she could do to help the buyer get through the process.
