Maria Mojica, the junior processor from the processing department was very difficult to work with and was not clear in her communication. She also would schedule calls with us without having the appropriate answers/responses ready, resulting in us needing multiple follow up calls with her.
There were a number of times where she would continue to call us multiple times during the work day when we did not pick up the phone. We explained that we were in work meetings so couldn't answer her call. Some discretion on her part would have been helpful here.
On a good note, both Taylor Plesh and Kevin Dolan were very helpful and responsive for any needs we had. Thanks to you both.

It moved along very quickly. One area of improvement for my case was that there was less than 24 hours notice for the closing. Luckily myself and my husband were able to arrange time off with little notice.

Bob was absolutely excellent in his craft. The rest of the process during the va loan was horrendous. We needed better instructions for the loan. We needed more communication and understanding of the circumstances that my wife and I were in. Honestly if it wast for the constant reassurance of Bob I was going to quit. I'm a soldier and I needed communication and that wasn't given by Ann at all.
