Overall I am truly satisfied. Jerry was always responsive and detailed. He answered all my questions and concerns. I feel confident with the lender I chose. He has a lot of experience and is knowledgeable. Christine was very sweet, helpful, and resourceful. Everything went smoothly. Like every time I've done a loan it seems to take a ton of documents from me to you. I know your trying to verify my ability to pay loan loan back. It is just a lot of digging up documents.
