Ray and his team worked incredibly hard for more than 3 months to make sure we closed on our home. In March 2022 were told by our previous lender that it was going to be impossible for them to get us approved. I called Ray after I received the bad news. Sounding desperate, sad, and frustrated over the phone, Ray asked me to come into his office to discuss in person several options he had available. He said to us on that day… “ I think I can make this happen for you guys” Time forward…. On June 24th, 2022 we closed on our home and we are now the proud owners of a 3-family home on BLVD East in West New York, NJ.

Randy went above and beyond to try to get the client approved via a conventional loan. It was a long difficult road to do so. The client procrastinated in sending needed documents. I mainly had issues with the loan processor who didn't clarify or communicate properly. After all the work that Randy did to make it happen, it came down to the last couple of days before closing to finally satisfy what was needed by the loan processor. The client submitted information she thought was what was needed. The loan processor kept saying it was not. Then I tried to help and the loan processor again said it wasn't what she needed. Well, what does she need? It was very confusing and frustrating. Had she explained the situation and communicated exactly what was needed, there wouldn't have been confusion and frustration. In the end, it may have been confusion by the loan processor on the company names of the client. It was very stressful for me and I don't want to go through that again, especially when I ask what is needed yet to close and it comes down to the last few days to inform me that they still needed 2 issues resolved.
