Both Dawn & Robin worked tirelessly on this deal between setting this complicated & very nuanced stages, figuring out a way for my buyers to come up with the closing costs that were needed, getting them platinum preapproval which strengthened our offer given this uncertain & challenging market and being there for all of us to vent whenever we hit a few bumps in the process. It wasn’t an easy or super graceful road, but all parties were happy with each in the end as we reached our settlement table goal!
