Because of her vast knowledge of the products offered, Mary was able to save this transaction that another mortgage broker said couldn't be done. The previous broker had no idea of how to work with employer incentive grants and Mary did. She went out of her way to do the research and reached out to the employer closing this transaction to everyone's satisfaction.
