Good communication and status updates throughout the transaction. I represented the seller in this transaction so I didn't have/need a ton of contact with Brianna and her team during the process, but I always knew where things stood and felt confident that the deal was solid and would close.

We had a very difficult buyer and Ed made it happen despite having to withstand some verbal abuse from her.
