Susan is amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable and so positive..even in the most unpleasant ne trying of the financing dance. My buyers in this particular case had a very interesting history that made the financing a major challenge. Susan was there for every step, every call, and because of her persistence and knowledge, is the reason my buyers were able to buy a home. She is amazing.

Brian and his Team at Annie Mac were extremely responsive and personable from the initial start. They provided emails, texts, and phone calls to ensure they were extremely transparent at each step. They were very flexible and responsive on the weekends during short offer windows. There portal was easy to use and their communication was excellent. I appreciated the waived appraisal and finding us the best competitive rate for our finanicial option. Great experience as First Time homebuyers and VA loan applicants!
