Made it easy to get upload everything, check on the status, correct information and get done what needs to be done. Tony, Jodie and Ali were all so great. Amanda Castro did a great job of hunting down the appraisal check that had to go to the 3rd party that was just a nightmare situation and finding a resolution and getting what was needed bc there were several hiccups, she did a great job resolving them.
