If you want a loan officer who treats you with the utmost care and respect, Chuck is the answer. Chuck was there for us from day 1 when we toured our first property, through closing (~4 months later). Throughout that entire time, Chuck was knowledgeable, prompt, patient, supportive, and always there for us. We truly felt he was looking out for our best interests, working with us to ensure we understood our options and helping us lock in the best rate possible. I know we’ll definitely work with Chuck on any of our future mortgage or refi needs. We highly recommend you do the same!

Has been the best experience. Worked with Ray when I received his information from someone I knew. I was having issues closing with another company. Ray looked over my paperwork and said he believed he could help us. He did not over promise was honest with us but told us what he believed could be done. The previous company for some reason could just not get the last documents from the HOA. So we could close. We even had to do 2 types of loan. Since the first one they said HOA refused to give the final documents. So we did a second type of loan. Then once again they said we could not close because of paperwork the HOA refused to provide. Then I was referred to Ray and within a week we are almost done. Ut is the first type of loan we were going for. The big bonus was it was so much more affordable as well. Work with Ray he is very honest. Also the team really puts the work in and stays in complete communication with you. There no thing as a dumb question, They explain the whole process.
