Hannah went above and beyond to make sure this process was as smooth and successful as possible. If there were any issues, confusion, or discrepancies (as any major financial transaction like this will likely have) she would put full effort in to clarify and solve the situation. Her level of communication is exceptionally professional and we never felt like we were in the dark, or being left out of anything. Tom and his team worked very hard in a short amount of time to get me approved for the Cash 2 Keys Program. They did everything they could and their communication was top notch. I was so excited to get approved and that’s all thanks to Tom! I ended up not needing that program, but because of the relationship we built, I wanted to use Tom for my conventional mortgage and he and his team didn’t disappoint. They continued to communicate effectively and Tom was always available to explain and walk me through things along the way. His calm, cool and collected personality helped tremendously during what can be a stressful time. I am grateful for Tom and his team and all they did to get me in my new home!
