First 2 loan officers left Doug finished us at 100% he is awesome but took 6 weeks after we were given a closing date estimate to close. We had to live in a hotel for 9 days at $1800 extra charge due to Tracy and Josh leaving in the middle of our loan process. Doug Lopez is one of the most professional compassionate person I even met. I pray for future customers he is retained by the company.

Carmen was always available to answer any and all questions we had. She went above and beyond for us and we wouldn't have been able to get through this process without her.
