Dave's deep understanding of the lending process sets him apart from many other mortgage professionals. He never hesitates to make himself available to share his knowledge, answer questions, or calm concerns. It's apparent that he genuinely cares about the success of his clients, and works hard to find solutions to problems before they reveal themselves, which can be invaluable. Les was exceptional from day 1!! He called me, on a Sunday, to go through loan options, explain his various programs, and make sure that we started the app process asap to get the house we loved. When it fell through and we went a different direction, he made sure he was in constant communication to make sure we got the house of our dreams!!
